Luna3.ai uses artificial intelligence tools in both our market analysis and our editorial publishing workflow. Specifically, AI assists us with:
- Market data synthesis: Our AI models process public market data, financial news, and company disclosures to support analysis and research.
- Editorial content: AI tools assist in drafting article summaries, Key Points boxes, research briefs, and other editorial material. All AI-assisted content is reviewed and edited by our team before publication.
- AI provider: We use Claude, developed by Anthropic (anthropic.com), as our primary AI assistant. Anthropic’s privacy policy governs any data processed through their service.
- Your personal data: We do not send your personal identity or contact data to AI providers. Your personal information is handled separately from our research and content workflows.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Measurement
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our site and understand how visitors use it. Specifically, we use:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function (session, security, comment moderation, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection).
- Luna3 first-party analytics — we operate our own analytics system to measure site performance without relying on third-party tracking. This system records: page view events (URL and timestamp), session duration, device type (desktop / mobile / tablet), approximate country (derived from your IP address at the time of the request — we store only the country code, not the IP itself), traffic source (search, referral, direct, social), and engagement actions you take on the site (likes, saves/bookmarks, shares, tips, and comments). This data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with advertising networks.
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Site Kit — aggregate, pseudonymous traffic measurement (page views, sessions, geography at country level, device type, referral source). We do not enable Google Signals or cross-device personalised reporting. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Search Console — aggregate search-query performance data; no individual user identification.
- Local storage — we store your bookmarks, likes, and reading history locally in your browser (key:
luna3_favorites and similar). This data never leaves your device unless you create an account in a future release.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may break parts of the site (comment submission, bookmarks, anti-spam protection).
6. Advertising & Third-Party Ad Networks
Luna3.ai is preparing to display advertising via Google AdSense and may, in the future, work with additional ad networks such as Mediavine or Raptive. When advertising is enabled:
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads to you based on your visit to Luna3.ai and other sites on the internet.
- Third-party advertising networks may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser information, and the pages you visit, in order to provide measurement services and serve relevant ads.
- Our authorised digital sellers are listed at luna3.ai/ads.txt in accordance with the IAB Tech Lab ads.txt specification.
You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time:

7. Third-Party Links

We are based in Australia. However, some of our service providers (website hosting, email delivery, AI processing, analytics, advertising) may be located outside of Australia — including the United States and the European Union.
